With 17 operating rooms, including two video integrated ORs and a five-room Ambulatory Surgery Center, Fletcher Allen offers you a wide range of surgical experiences. Our state-of-the-art computer system integrates OR scheduling, billing, pre-operative patient documentation and assessment, Central Sterile Supply and our patient tracking system.
Fletcher Allen's OR offers opportunities for Staff Nurses and Care Coordinators. Our Nurse Educator will tailor your orientation to meet your needs with an average two week rotation through each service. We take pride in our team approach to meeting patient and family needs. Our relationship-based care model of nursing promotes an individualized plan of care in the perioperative setting.
